The beds were comfortable, and cleaning service happened every day. I liked that the staff was attentive to replacing items like tissue when empty. It felt nice to have ample towels and toiletries. A large flat-screen TV for entertainment during my stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast. It was a great touch for our family, and the staff was friendly. The location is pretty convenient for getting to downtown New Albany quickly, making it easy to grab meals.

My children wished the pool was open during our stay. It would be great if they fixed the maintenance issues for families with kids.

We had a fantastic time with the kids enjoying the comfy beds and a yummy breakfast, even if the pancake machine was down. The indoor pool was a hit, and the hot tub was super relaxing after a long day at the softball tournament! Just a heads up, the check-in process felt a little off, but it didn’t take away from our stay. 😊

I appreciated how everything was a short stroll away from my hotel, especially the nearby River Run Family Water Park and the Muhammad Ali Boyhood Home, which really made my weekend explorations enjoyable. the staff were very friendly too, making my stay feel welcoming overall.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a concern. Upon entering the room, it appeared tidy, but we quickly spotted some troubling issues like crumbs on the end table and a questionable rag on the floor between the wall and bed. Additionally, the shower water fluctuated dramatically in temperature, and the bathroom exhaust fan was annoyingly loud without doing its job. The heating unit was also tricky to manage, making it challenging to keep a consistent temperature. Some elements, like the juice machine during breakfast, were out of order, which was frustrating during our stay.

I had the most restful stay with ultra-comfy beds that felt like clouds. Every morning, I started my day right with a delicious hot breakfast, including fresh biscuits and scrumptious omelets. The staff was so welcoming, offering helpful local dining suggestions and always greeting me with a smile!

The room was spacious and very clean, which I really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and I had a good amount of charging options. The bathroom was well lit and stocked with full-size toiletries. However, I did notice some noise from outside and thin walls, which made it a bit harder to sleep well at times.
